Maybe you’re in your “mom era” and are looking for the energy to keep up with your busy lifestyle. Or maybe you have a loved one that has been having a hard time with their health and it has made you look at your own a little closer.


No matter what your reason is, it’s always an amazing thing to start questioning society’s standards and looking at healthier options!


I know finding choices that are healthier can be difficult and sometimes more expensive so it’s easier to just keep on keeping on with what you know. But… with a little help, you are able to make those choices so much easier!


Step 2: Do Your Own Research

After you figure out why you want to create a healthier lifestyle, you need to start looking into it more.

By following an influencer or local business owner, you may find some easy tips and tricks to get you to continue your learning. You may even be able to ask your questions and get a more personal response to your specific question. It might even lead you to more resources. Follow a few different people and then decide who you vibe with best and who has similar lifestyle goals.



Step 4: Create 1 New Habit


Have you ever started something new and were so excited about it?!? You did all the research, checked off your to do list, meal prepped, and worked out all week just to fall off the wagon when something rocked your schedule.


Creating a new habit can be hard to keep up with and let’s be honest, creating a healthier lifestyle is no different. Start small and work your way up. Research just one thing and put it into your schedule whether it be on your phone or a notebook you have by your bedside table.


Step 5: Be Realistic with an accountability partner


Starting new habits is getting out of your comfort zone. The thing you have to remember is…
