What is a studio suite?

​

A studio suite is an enviornment where the focus is on you! There are no other stylists bothering you with other conversations or client conversations you are overhearing. No double booking here! You are free to have a real hair experience customized just for you!

Do you have a phone number I can call?​

To create a relaxing environment for my guests, I do not have a phone number to call.

 and I will get back to you in 24-48 business hours. 

What if I am early for my appointment?

​

If you are early to your visit, please wait in your car or feel free to browse the mall. When it is time for your visit, you can wait on the bench in the waiting room of Sola and I will be with you.

Please come as you are, this is a judgement free zone!

How does a studio suite differ from a salon?

​

No other stylists. No other clients. No double booking. No phones ringing disturbing your peace.

The studio suite experience is focused on you. 

How do I reschedule an appointment?

​

No worries! If you need to reschedule your visit, you can do so through my online booking portal 24/7. if you cancel  within 48 hours of your visit, please contact me at www.livelyhairstudio.com/contact. I will have to charge the card on file 50% of your service charge.

Wheelchair Accessibility

Lively Hair Studio is conviently located in Sola South Hills Village which has a completely wheelchair accesible entrance into Sola as well as South Hills Village mall

Studio Policies

Cancellations

Upon booking your New Guest Visit

~A credit card is required to be on hold to book any services

~ 48 hours to cancel your  visit or  50% of your service(s) fee will be charged to the card on file

No shows

~100% of your service(s) will be charged to the card on file.

Rescheduling/ Late To Visit

~You can reschedule any visit before the 48 hour cancellation policy

~To reschedule, just cancel your online booking and choose a day & time that work better for you or go to my contact page to email me

​

~ 15 mins late or later to your visit, your visit quality may be altered and you will be charged a late fee or $15 or more 

Redos

If you are unhappy with the outcome of your hair

~Please reach out to me 7 days or before so we can arrange a date & time to discuss further
